Summertime Essentials

Baby, it’s HOT outside! No matter how much we sometimes wish for cooler weather or a smallish breeze or two, the weather simply will not cooperate. Try some of my favorite summertime essentials to make this season a little more bearable.

Clockwise from top left:

Pirose Nursing Scarf – Lightweight and versatile, the Pirose nursing scarf offers complete coverage of baby and breast while still providing a very breathable environment for baby. These come in a wide range of styles and patterns, and each contains a matching pouch to store the nursing scarf on-the-go.

Sunglasses with protection – Keep little eyes protected this summer with the proper sunglasses. There are many options available now, but I especially adore the ones offered by Hanna Andersson stores.

Pampers Sensitive wipes – With all the delights of summer (popsicles, beach trips, and more!) come big messes. Make sure to toss a pack of Pampers wipes in your bag for easy, quick clean-up.

Onesies from The Little Seed – These organic, raw cotton onesies are thin, breathable, and so unbelievably soft – not to mention gorgeous! The shades are so vibrant and lovely that you’ll forget baby is wearing “just a onesie.”

Sippy cups from The First Years – It is important to make sure older babies and toddlers get adequate hydration during the hot summer months. The sippy cups from The First Years come in fun Disney designs, and make drinking water fun.

Swaddles from aden + anais – These swaddles are thin, beautiful, cozy – and make the perfect swaddle for baby (and an excellent lap blanket for mom!)

What are some of your favorite summertime essentials?
